Preparations for winter feeding

Winter is just right... so we are slowly preparing for this year's feeding season in Dzika Zagroda and in Dłusko. We have already started to store supplies of bison food (beets and oats). In the winter, thanks to feeding, the bison do not disperse, they only gather in small areas, in places of feeding. This year, we bought 260 tons of sugar beets, 130 tons of oats and 10 t of fodder beets. The purchase of bison feed is partially subsidized by the Regional Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Szczecin.
